How is this evaluated as to level of damp, having tenant contract holder report issue to E. health, i have had specialist damp proof company survey to describe as  " readings taken by the use of a Protimeter survey master revealed only a small area of dampness at the point where the lower trimmer of the roof light opening is connected with the left side party wall "

Though no Actual readings have been supplied in the report, should those readings have be included and what readings are regarded as Category 1 or two Hazard  or fall out of concern coverd by legislation
