Court for S21
Possession - Section 8 and Section 21

Hi all, I have served a S21 that wasn't defended against by the tenant so I was taken aback when I received a letter from the court requesting that I attend a hearing for it, the S21 is in its final stage with all the paperwork done etc and the letter does not state why I am to attend? as anybody else had this experience.
