selling flats and freehold with tenants

hi All,

I will be selling my purpose built flats (2 only in block) and the freehold. I have a few options open to me as discussed with my solictor.  The easiest being to sell both leasehold flats and freehold to a investor with the sitting tenants.  Can anyone advise me where the best place to find these investors?  Or any other thoughts or advice.  BTW the properties are in Wales,
