Evening. Tenants moved out as per court order. They owe four monthe rent plus costs. While clearing the property, Ive found where he at least is living and also paperwork relating to his new empolyment. I want to try and get some money back if I can, doing it myslef without incurring any more financial pain to myself what do you recommend I do. Thanks.
