Hi I have just assisted a plumber at a tenants house, who reported water dripping through the kitchen ceiling from the bathroom and suggeszted it was the bath.  After investigating - it was the drains blocked with ladies hygene products and was backing up and had no where to go other than through bursting a pipe - so who pays for that - as in my household these items are put in the bin and not flushed down the toilet.
