Hello,

I have just been informed via text message that my Tennant has been "paided off".

This arrived on the day the tennant was due to pay for the next months in advance rent.

He has signed the tenancy agreement available on this site to members - but i didn't take a deposit as I trusted this person.

I feel let down, I have 2 kids and another on the way and this guy does this 4 weeks before Xmas.

Can anyone offer any advice?

I don't have a fowarding address, I do have his bank account details as he used to pay via Standing order.

I also have his mobile number.

I am willing to pay a proffessional firm upto £100 to recover £425 for me.

Rgds
