I have an account that has fallen about £1500 in arrears on DSS.

This lady has a guarantor but I have not yet contacted them.

I will do so asap but before I did so I was wanting to know if I could still fall back on the guarantor even though I have not informed them of the rent arrears so far or will my lack of communication prevent me from being able to chase them for the money if she does not come up with it which is now looking increasingly unlikely.

I am sorry but I thought I had posted a message on this subject but as my mother has just passed away I have been busy doing other things and did not check up on the Email.
