Can you please advise on the following.


Can you please advise on the date when the Tenancy deposit scheme came into effect and legal and do i have to protect any deposits taken before this date.

I am going through all of my tenants deposits to make sure they are protected properly as dont want to fall foul of breaking the law.

I have tenancy agreements and deposits paid going back to 2007 and are now periodic.
