Not really sure where to post this but I rang Total Landlord a couple of times as apparently NRLA recommend them and the message asks me to vote for them for an awards that was awarded 4 months ago (not a good sign) and then automated dialler told me I was going to answer phone. I assume they are busy but I don't expect this from someone recommended here.
