after rent increase do I issue a new tenancy agreement?

My tenant of 5 years standing has separatd from her partner and is applying for Universal benefit. I increased her rent for the first time this year and she is asking for an updated Tenancy Agreement showing the new rent, so that she can send to the benfit people. Is this the Tenancy Agreemen t normally reissued upon rent increase? If not what can I do to assist her in her application for benefits?
