Possible Undeclared Neighbour Dispute

Since purchasing my rental property in 2017 I have been in dispute with a neighbour over anti-social behaviour. It occurred to me that since the neighbour had been living there before my purchase there may have also been a dispute with the people I bought from which was not declared at the time of sale.

What would be the best way of discovering this?
