Hi can anyone advice on rent guarantee insurance whilst it seems to be good in principle I have heard stories of some companies not paying out.
My question can anyone reccomend a good company and is it worthwhile in the long run or is it best to self insure i have 7 properties and in the last 2 years lost total in rent arrears of £3500 cost of rent G Insurance approx £150 per property per year cheaper than the loss if you get paid out?
