My tenant is planning to check out on Sunday. Unfortunately, there are no inventory clerks available to conduct the checkout inventory on that day. The earliest I could arrange for a clerk would be the following day, Monday. Would it be acceptable to conduct the checkout inventory the day after the tenant has checked out?

Additionally, I'm considering conducting the checkout inventory myself as the landlord. Would you advise this approach?
