Hi, as some of you know we have always taken benefit tenants to give them a chance but now after selling most of our Stockport and having had a stroke in July I haven't got the energy to deal with the challenge the benefits tenants can bring so I am reaching out to my fellow landlords to weed out the idiots with a well-chosen advert to fill the properties we are keeping.
