Hi

My local council (Liverpool) requested that I resubmit my landlord licensing applications again as I recently terminated my management with my agent.

I complained but the outcome was still the same. It does not make sense as they will just receive the exact/duplicate information. I also asked for a refund but it was rejected. The previous agent made the request to annul my licenses.

Hope someone can assist.
