The Council Tax for our HMO was disaggregated a few years ago and now for eligible HMO's is supposed to be automatically reaggregated. We've heard nothing from VOA or LA on this as yet . However, before contacting VOA or LA I would like to know if other HMO Landlords have already had the Council Tax reaggreated and, in particular, has the Council Tax banding remained the same as it was before disaggregation? Any advice, comments or experience in this matter greatly appreciated.
