I have tenants who are in arrears with teir rent and I have asked my agent to issue S21 notices. They are querying whether I want to go ahead with the issue of the notices as we have some of the money.
Would I be better advised to hold off or issue them anyway?
My understanding is that the issue of a S21 does not mean that it must be enforced immediately and can serve as a tough warning.
Your thoughts?
