Hi, just wondered if anybody had heard of the ECO4 Scheme? My tenaant on the Wirral contacted me while ago and said that a company called Unity Eco contacted him and said because of his benifts status his house (ie my house) would be eigable for ECO4 energy saving investment. The company contacted me today and said that they can sign off improveents to the tune of about £15,000 free of charge, new boiler, loft insulation, trickle vents, smart equipment etc. All at no cost to anybody.

Seems all a bit to good to be true but the bit of digging I have done seems to confim the veracity of the scheme.

Has anybody else come across this and is it legitimate?
