Is it really worth chasing tenants for Rent Arrears using Attachment of Earnings etc

Thats very disheartening indeed. I really thought (was hopeful anyway) this process would be alot more successful.

I know it all depends on the tenants position at the time aswell i.e. if they are in employment or not.

The only other solace I could get is them getting a CCJ on their record which will ruin their credit OR is this another process that doesnt work and they can continue to do this to others? and go throughout life unmarked and do as they please?

Any comments appreciated.
