Leasing Scheme Wales

Hi everyone,

I have a buy to let limited company with seven properties, including some in Wales. I have been having some challenges with my existing letting agent (initially brilliant, now really poor) as well as difficulties with arrears and voids.

I have been looking at the posibility of joining Leasing Scheme Wales with two or possibly three of the properties. The guarenteed rent, as well as grant for refurbishment, sounds very good. I can make the numbers work for the situation I have.

Has anyone had any experience of the scheme? I have read the NRLA articles and seen chats on here about similar options in England but can't see any member views on here.
