Advice on Estate Agents please?

Hello. After 37 years i've decided to sell my one remaining property in Edgbaston, Birmingham. Not had to do this for a long time so if anyone can recommend a good estate agent or other avenue I'd be most grateful. I'm not in a mad rush to sell so don't need to go down the "quick sell" route. Really just a professional agency that is familiar with "Buy-to-Let" and has good access to professional investors across the country. There seem to be plenty of agents offering this but not easy to narrow them down so any recommendations gratefully reveived.
