Hello

I own an HMO with 2 studio rooms and 4 other rooms the occupants of which share a kitchen (communal kitchen)

I am aware that to gain access to any of the rooms I need to give at least 24 hours notice. Do I need to give notice to enter the communal

kitchen as well?
