Tenants got married - what name to use?

My tenants (let's say Ms. X and Mr. Y) got married to become Mr. & Mrs. Y.

The AST is in the names of Ms. X and Mr. Y. Whilst they told me in passing they got married they have never told me formally in writing or requested that the AST be updated. Should I therefore keep referring to them as Ms. X and Mr. Y in correspondence and any future notices?

(The reason I ask is that I have been bitten in the past on a commercial let where a name was misspelt).
