We have some tenants moving out next Tuesday 27th Jan. 2009. At this
moment in time they actually owe us £596 in rent arrears and their water bill which will be in the region of an additional £250, which although billed to them at various times since they moved in 6 months ago they have failed to pay.
We are worried that they are either going to move out without us knowing or not give us a forwarding address so as to get out of paying what they owe.

Could you please advise us on our choices of action and if we take them to C.C. for payment of the o.s. amount how much that is likely to cost us.

Many Thanks
