Anyone got positive or negative experience from renting out a property  serviced by solar power ?

Detached home with 7 kWh recently installed for ourselves but change in our circumstances mean it now goes out within our business.  It's got car charger too. Somehow need to recoup the installation costs whilst offering a property with a greener more sustainable overheads.

Initial thought was to rent with fair useage policy ie rent with electric included but am fearful....... Having had tenants in past leaving massive debt at other properties before the energy hikes !  Or do I rent and become a domestic energy re seller ?

Any comments and or advice about possible pitfalls appreciated. Thank you.
