Please look in DOCUMENTS then first entry left hand side reads NEW POSSESSION AND SMALL CLAIMS PROCEEDINGS.
Read para 1 and then at para 2 follow left hand link for S8 and court forms and advice
The notice expires 14 days, the court hearing takes place 8 weeks and the judge gives up to 6 weeks
