hi, we have successfully obtained a judges decision for the tenancy to end following the section 21 but what about the rent arrears as there was no decision made on that. This was form N5B. Is there a form we should have used to include the arrears should this ever happen again? Rather than having to do a separate small claims court claim?

Interestinley , the counci are actively telling tenants to wait until the bailiff arrives even though this tenant is under the supervision of the mental health team. Surely, that cant be good for their mental health.
