Hello. I was trying to buy a property, as a Buy-to-Let, but after five months and lots of problems arising, i walked away. My solicitor has written to me that the Seller wants to buy, from me, the searches that i had conducted and the surveys. Is this usual? I have never heard of this before. If it is legal and usual how much would you charge? Kind regards.
