The deposit has been protected by the agent.  He has kept 5 wks rent with my deposits and wants to return rest.  He has calculated the deposit per week at the second rental rate for returning rather than the first which is slightly different as the rent pw at the begining was 50 pounds less.  Shouldnt the return be calculated at the rate of the first deposit as it was not changed at the second agreement.

Also how many days after serving all the necessary documents can you serve S21?.  Is it 2 working days?
