how long after giving relevant documents
Possession - Section 8 and Section 21

My message does not seem to be posted so I am writing again. After giving all the relevant docs do we need to wait 2 days to serve the S21 or is it a different wait period?

If there are two different tenancy agreements at different dates is the refund amount calculated at the rate of the first deposit because thats when the deposit was taken.  For both tenancies it was before the new law in 2019
