4 people house share, AST till 24 Aug 2024 .  one tenant  not seen since 23 Th March , all asumed he  gone home Portugal for Easter - not paid rent . worried  for  his  well being,  sent email text and left Voice  mess., contacted place of work.  He resign left 25th Marchtook his money and left ,  beleived to be back in Portugaul . check  room today - bed stripped , mess most clothes  gone . No problem with visa .

  Where do I stand , what can I do . its a fixed contact till 24 AUG. 2024
