I have a tenant that for 16 weeks has not paid any rent he was getting housing benifit but since the rules changed that he must work atleast 24hour he is not getting any benifits I have been chasing him for the last 10 week going to his house constantly but he keeps on telling me the benifits detpartment are dealing with it when I call the housing benifits department they tell me they cannot speak to me contact your tenant as the tenant is from the checkrepublc he cannot speak any english
my question is this
how do I get paid?
or should I evict these tenants and call my losses?
PLEASE HELP!!
