Two months of no rent, coucil have been paying it to the previous landlord.

Tennant is claiming I have it and doesn't know anything.

Today she let slip that her daughter is receiving the rent and saving it to use for legal fee's to fight the eviction.

I have emailed her daughter to ask if this is true and she is saying "please don't contact me regarding this, she doesn't want anything to do with it" Her daughter lives in another property.

Anyone got any advice of what I can do in this situation.

I have a court date, for a non fault eviction that will be happeing in a few months, but after that I will have to apply again to court for the bailiffs to get involved.

Anyone got any advice on what I can do?
