PRIVACY NOTICE ON MOVING IN CHECKLIST

The first entry on the Tenancy Receipt document mentions a 'Privacy Notice' detailing the data protection policies of Landlord and/or Agent. What does this comprise?  I've looked on this website but can't find reference to this.  I have registered with the ICO and intend giving my new tenants a copy of the certificate of registration with them. Am I missing something new?
