i have a tenant in my spanish property who does not have a contract ( was letting to her partner who has now moved out but she continued to rent it) , SHE DOES NOT HAVE A CONTRACT . Can i just ask for the keys back ????. She has only paid rent once in 2024  ( CURRENTLY OWES APPROX 5000e ( some from pandemic when the bar she was working in shut down ) and says she is having difficulties but i think she is taking the pxxx

Ive tried to be understanding but my patience has run out.

Not sure what the rules are in Spain , Hoping someone can give me some advice.
