Good morning all,

We need the roof repaired on leasehold block of flats. Over a year ago I paid over 1200.00 as the first tranch for the woks to be undertaken.

I have now been asked to pay the 2nd tranch, which I have refused to pay, as the agents still do not have a confirmed date for the work to be done.

I am not happy they have had the 1st tranch for over a year so am I in my rights to ask for it back until they have a firm date at which time I am happy to pay the full amount?
