Hello

After what has been a fairly long and painful process trying to evict a tenant, we successfully gained a Consent Order on 12/3/24 for part rent arrears and possession on 12/4. Unfortuantely the tenant has now submitted an appeal to the Courts stating that they were pressured into signing the Consent Order by my solicitor and barrister using "intimidation and undue influence". The Consent Order was signed in the court waiting room with court clerks, other people and security being present which makes it even more laughable. Our solicitor believes we may now have to return to Court again to defend our position. Does anyone have any prior expereince of this? As i have not received any correspondence confirming the appeal, i have instructed bailiffs via the Courts in the meantime

Any help much appreciated
