Hi all,

Will be grateful for your advice on the following.

I advertised my flat to rent on Openrent (first time ever) and received numerous enquiries, including one from a company who wants to enter into a company let agreement.This company specializes in providing serviced accommodation. As it is something new for me and I am not aware of it's pros and cons, may I have your thoughts please. Thanks.
