Tenant has registered a Ltd Company at property

My tenant operates a "man with van" type business as one of his sources of income. I've noticed he has registered a company at Companies House to this end.

Personally I have no issue with that  as he is a decent bloke paying his way.However it occurred to me that maybe my BTL mortgage or landlord insurance would prohibit such a registration? Any thoughts or experiences regarding my worry? tia
