Can anyone recommend a broker for Serviced Accommodation

Hello,
I hope you're all having a good afternoon.

I am turning part of my own residetial property into a self contained one bed unit.  The plan is to rent this unit out to (hopefully) a Mon to Fri let.

My broker tells me i won't have many options of insurance companies who'll cover this.  Apparently it's a rare situation.
Can anyone suggest a broker to me please ?
