Serving a section 21 without a Tenancy agreement
Possession - Section 8 and Section 21

I have a tenant who was has been in my property since 2012 (pre-regulation). I do not have a copy of her tenancy agreement as she was originally place by an agent who are no longer operating.

Has anyone sucessfully evicted on section 21 without a tenancy agreement? Can you provide some advice on how to progress a section 21 if the tenancy agreement is lost or not available?
