Help for Italian girlfriend on renting out flat in Turin

My poor Italian girlfriend, a native of Turin is having a miserable and draining time persuading tenants to pay rent or leave. She has involved Italian Police to help. Does anyone know a good Italian trade association like NRLA that can help her? I am a member of NRLA  of 8 years and a landlord in UK for 15 but can't seem to help much.
