I remember reading in your magazine that if it is a monthly AST due in advance then as soon as it is 1st of second month, rent is due and tenant is legally 8 weeks in arrears. cant find this info anywhere and council have written to me denying this.
do you have a copy or link to this article, or the details of the legal case please.
