Tenants belongings left behind

Hi, I had a tenant who was 10 weeks in arrears and has now left the property voluntarily. As she has abandoned the property I have changed the locks. She has not been in touch regarding collecting her belongings. How long do I have to keep these items. They are in the way and I want to redecorate the house and re-let it.
