My tenant let me know that whilst changing a light bulb the light fitting 'came off' on the bottom section that adjoins the light shade, leaving exposed wires.  Now if this is a genuine breakage I have no issue getting someone round to fix, however, I can't help feeling that its come off because its been pulled on and therefore she ought to be fixing it.   How would you deal with this?   Thanks.
