Is there any way I can force a RTM Ltd Co to carry out neccessary maintenance. Our building has three flats and we three leaseholders are directors of the RTM. There are serious water ingress issues that only appear to affect my flat and I cannot interest the other two directors in takeing any action. I am minded to resign my directorship and warn the freeholders that their investment is not being competently managed and is deteriorating.?
