Does anyone have personal experience of the Council Tax banding following Reaggregation? My HMO as a whole property was a band A (i.e. one Band A payment covering the whole property of 6 bedsits). When disaggregated it became 6 lots of Band A payments (i.e. one for each of the bedsits). Before pressing hard to get the Reaggregation that is due I would appreciate understanding if the Banding will revert to the previous Band A for the whole property or if the Banding will be moved up to compensate for loss of Council Tax income? If anyone is able to provide any information on this based on personal experience that would be much appreciated.
