Hi

I have given my tenants notice to inspect my property as they are late with their rent and are not answering the door or my phone calls.

I went to the property today as advised from yourselves, to inspect the property as per my letter giving notice of today's date.

There was no answer at the property and I my keys would not open the front door or the back door.

Could you advise am I able to go back without giving notice to change the locks, if not could you advise what I need to do to gain access to my property?

The tenants have signed a RLA six month assured short hold tenancy agreement dated the 8th August 2011. Can you advise what notice do I need to give to gain possession of my property and which forms I need to complete along with the dates?

The tenants rent was due on the 7th December 2011 and have not paid to date.

Thank you in advance for your help.

Kind regards.
