Afternoon Janice. Yah bet he is very pleasent when you call, a full month overdue, you need to start getting tough with him. I suggest you tell him you will instrict your solicitor to start proceedings aginst him if no payment has been made this week, and after today this months payment will be late aswell. Read the giudelines on here and phone the helpdesk as well, good luck.
