I have just noticed on the latest version of the NRLA's AST the wording has changed from "severally" to "seperately". I am a little bit concerned because when I googled Jointly and seperately, no legal definition came up, (only for Jointly and Severally).

So why was the wording changed and does it still have the same legal standing?

Thank you for your input.
